You can retain your existing number by telephoning your existing mobile SIM card provider and asking for a PAC, then call 0333 320 4020 and your number will be transferred. PACs are valid for 30 days upon receipt.
Please note:
• The mobile SIMs are also available to new customers who are ordering broadband and/or line rental with Fleur.
• Fleur mobile SIMs are available to customers who already have broadband and/or line rental with Fleur.
• For customers who do not have broadband and/or line rental with Fleur, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a mobile SIM.
