Upcoming changes at Fleur
To help you get a resolution as quickly as possible, we are consolidating all of our offices into one new office in Horsham, West Sussex as of Monday 20th April 2020. As part of this change, we have been working hard to upskill our agents with specialist areas of knowledge, to help get things right the first time. You’ll notice that our phone line options have changed, so please listen carefully to get through to one of our friendly team who will be waiting to help.
We’ve also made some changes to the MyAccount page and future invoices, making them simpler and easier to understand. You can find useful information about using the new MyAccount page at www.fleurtelecom.co.uk/faqs/ by clicking on the Guide tab.
