Welcoming our new customers
from Origin, to Fleur Telecom.

On the 15th August you received an email from Origin, your existing broadband provider regarding the transfer of your services to Fleur Telecom. We are delighted to be welcoming you today to ourselves, Fleur Telecom. We have a long history as a broadband provider and look forward to welcoming you as a new customer soon. Your broadband is in safe hands with us.

What’s the next steps?

In terms of next steps, there is nothing for you to do, we are busy behind the scenes working with Origin to ensure the move of your services. The next email you will receive from us will be confirmation that your direct debit will be changing to Fleur Telecom, you can expect this at the end of September.

If you are experiencing an issue with your Broadband, try this.

Whilst your router is turned on, carefully push a thin object (such as a paper clip or the back of an earring) into the reset hole on the rear of the unit until the power light turns off, then release the button.

The router will reboot which can take up to five minutes, so please ensure that you leave the DSL lead (grey cable) connected between your router and the telephone socket during this time. When the broadband and internet lights are green the router is ready to use. If any of the lights turn red, please contact us on 0333 320 4020.
